Gratitude and Appreciation

Life gives us many things, most of them are the ones we earned via our actions, as a result of our thoughts or simply by our inner or outer efforts, but most of these blessings goes unnoticed and taken for granted by many of us. Whether its our relationships, our family members that care about us and love us unconditionally , our disease free health, our fit bodies, our jobs, our coworkers, our friends, the holidays we go on, the good times we enjoy, every moment of peace and calmness, all of these, if pondered over are huge blessings and that too earned blessings, which 90% of the time we dont appreciate. Our entire lives we work, we run , we loose our minds and undoubtedly, we exhaust our internal selves so terribly to chase all such moments and the sad part is we miss to stop and enjoy the rewards when they are just right there with us.
I realised this very late but i am thankful I know now that – Its Okay to walk slow, its Okay to not be a part of the race, its Okay to not be competitive and its perfectly Okay not to judge ourself. We just dont have a need to compare ourselves with anybody and disgust ourselves and feel pity on our own selves.

True that – “Everybody else in this world is just Breathing, there are very few who are Living actually.
Its Okay to sometimes leave everything else, let the world fall apart and just focus on Living and appreciating those moments of blessings, the people around you and most importantly appreciate YOURSELF.

Gratitude is the simple feeling of appreciating all that you have , you had or you will have, stopping by and thanking for everything that you have is the most simple way of lifting our souls, filling us with happiness and refilling our energies.

Remember, to run longer, you need to stop and refill your fuels, practising Gratitude sometimes acts as a fuel filling pit stops that are necessary for you to continue your journey.

Infact, as per the world best selling self help book “The Secret” Gratitude for all good things in your life that makes you happy is the key more happiness, positivity and such good things in your life.”
When you are grateful for what you have, universe works to fetch more such feelings to you and thats when all the abundances flow into your lives.
Makes me wonder sometimes – Everyone is fulfilling their journeys, sooner or later we all shall finish it and reach the Finish line, why not run or walk happily without worrying about the rank we score , just making sure every moment is full of Life and worth living, just enjoying the journey.
