How to stop being negatively affected by people around?

The world we live is nothing but a huge gathering of humans. Humans are a sum of emotions, consciousness and some flesh. Since we are social animals, we tend to socialise. Once we do, we also encroach each others emotional boundaries and that is obvious. However what happens after that is also obvious. You either trigger somebody’s Positive emotions viz. happiness, joy, bliss, etc. or you alternatively you fire gun building up the negative emotions in them viz. hurtfulness, uneasiness, anger, sadness, and there are many. The happy emotions stay like a bubble and go away, however this trigger of negative emotions that occur within a human brain usually causes more than required amount of damage and depending upon the level of mind mastery achieved by a person, the duration of these emotions sitting in your body vary. After conversing, obviously as a listener with people around there are various ways i came across that different individuals use for getting rid of negativity, burden, and preventing from going in the mode of self sabotaging.

1. Meditation- What is that? One way is to focus on your breath, do it for 5 -10 min , maybe while you lie down for sleeping, that temporarily destresses you and then the effects become permanent

2. Talk to the people who hurt you- sometime they don’t even know they are hurting you, finding their good gestures afterwards make you forget the event and forgive them, once you forgive, you no longer carry load with yourself

3.Forget & Forgive Practise – Once you start adopting the habit of distracting your mind to prevent it making the small incident that might have happened as the only focus of your life, you start the self healing process. To get away with any grudges held against somebody, you should try deviating yourself from the incident that happened , basically to fool your mind and trick it to forget what was happened. Once you forget and it starts fading, you really dont care anymore and forgiveness follows.
