Define Fitness?
Any activity, pattern or habit, rather anything or everything that helps you keep fit, now what is keeping fit ? In simple terms, when you feel good about yourself, you feel confident about yourself and you are proud of yourself, that’s when you realise you are doing good in life, that’s what simply means you live a fit and healthy life.
Certainly going by metrics and KPIs too measure how fit somebody is boils down to fitness at all levels- social, physical, mental and physiological. However, how you can measure if you are fit or not by simply listening to yourself and feeling good.

Just as you get habitual of your car, you get habit of fitness once you adopt it for a time enough to make it a habit for you . As a matter of fact , its.a healthy lifestyle. Now when we talk of lifestyle, breaking the word – its the style in which you live your life , certainly a choice , nobody can compel you to adopt a particular life style, however an undeniable fact is that our mids are conditioned wrt to the lifestyles we adopt, hence it is safe to say that perspectives and mentalities are the results of our living habits. It teaches you discipline : Certainly there could be various activities one may follow to continue on their fitness regime. All these activities need to be taken care of on a regular basis certainly if you want to stay fit.
